Privacy Policy for My Bible Puzzles

John Tumbaco (“we,” “us,” or “our”) created My Bible Puzzles, a Bible-themed puzzle app designed for toddlers and their families. Protecting children’s privacy is especially important to us.

Information We Collect

My Bible Puzzles does not collect, request, store, or share personal information from children or other users.

The app does not require users to create an account or provide a name, email address, phone number, date of birth, location, photograph, or other personal information.

Children’s Privacy

My Bible Puzzles is designed for young children, including children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The app does not include social features, messaging, behavioral advertising, or user-generated content. Children cannot publicly share information through the app.

Purchases

My Bible Puzzles may offer in-app purchases through Apple’s App Store. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s privacy policy and terms.

We do not receive or store payment-card or banking information. Apple may provide the app with limited transaction information—such as the purchased product and transaction status—needed to provide or restore purchased content.

A parent or guardian should manage all purchases. Purchase links and other external actions intended for adults should be protected by a parental gate.

Data Stored on the Device

Puzzle progress, preferences, and purchased-content status may be stored locally on the user’s device. We do not use this information to identify the user, and it is not transmitted to our servers.

Locally stored information may be removed when the app is deleted, depending on Apple’s purchase-restoration systems and device settings.

Advertising and Analytics

My Bible Puzzles does not contain third-party advertising and does not use third-party analytics or tracking technologies.

We do not track users across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.

The app relies on Apple services for app distribution and in-app purchases. Apple may process information independently under its own privacy policy:

External Links and Support

Adult-facing sections of the app may provide links to our website, privacy policy, or support contact information. These links should be placed behind a parental gate where required.

If a parent or guardian contacts us for support, we may receive information voluntarily included in the message, such as an email address and details about the support request. We use this information only to respond and provide support. We do not use support information for advertising, and we retain it only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Children should not contact us directly or submit personal information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Because My Bible Puzzles does not collect personal information through the app, we do not share personal information collected through the app with third parties.

Information voluntarily provided by an adult in a support request may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary to operate our support services, comply with the law, protect safety or legal rights, or respond to lawful government requests.

Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable measures to protect information that an adult voluntarily provides when contacting us. However, no method of electronic communication or storage is completely secure.

A parent or legal guardian may contact us to ask whether we maintain personal information concerning their child or to request its deletion. Because My Bible Puzzles does not collect personal information through the app, we generally will not have information that identifies a child.
